The fifth-grade girls from St. Joseph Elementary School in Conway meet with Father Elijah Owens, OSB, during a trip to Subiaco Abbey. Fifth graders from St. Joseph School were led on a visit to Subiaco by their teacher Lindsey Thompson and associate pastor Father James Melnick. Joining them to speak about vocations were Olivetan Benedictine sisters from Holy Angels Convent in Jonesboro and Benedictine monks at Subiaco Abbey.

Christian Alejandro Almada, titular organist of th Christian Alejandro Almada, titular organist of the Papal Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls in Rome, served as the cantor for the pilgrims Mass today. Almada, a native of Argentina, is friends with Father Ruben Quinteros of North Little Rock and performed a concert at the Cathedral of St. Andrew in Little Rock in 2023. Pilgrims also toured the catacombs and St. Peter Basilica and visited the Vatican Museum, viewing the Sistine Chapel.
