Preserve Arkansas will hold its next “Mid Mod Arkansas” tour in the Grand Prairie region Saturday, April 5, visiting two Catholic churches. Each year, Preserve Arkansas’s Mid Mod Arkansas tour highlights significant Mid-Century Modern architecture in the state. The 2025 tour will include private homes and churches in Stuttgart, Slovak and Lonoke. The tour will begin at 10 a.m. and include a hosted tour of the 1955 Holy Rosary Church in Stuttgart. After lunch, the tour will resume with a visit to the 1961 Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church at Slovak. Tickets are $40 a person and include hosted tours and a catered lunch.
