The Diocese of Little Rock is seeking to hire a director of human resources. The full-time position provides support for diocesan, parish and Catholic school employers and employees throughout Arkansas. It requires a strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and three years of supervisory experience. Applicants don’t have to be Catholic but should have a knowledge and understanding of the faith. Experience working for the Church or nonprofits is a plus.
