How did you hear your calling to become a deacon? I felt interest since the last formation class, 15 years ago, but because my children were very little, I felt it wasn’t the right time. Since then, I began to pray to the Lord, whether this was my call to the diaconate. When it was announced at St. Vincent de Paul, I asked the Lord if this was truly the moment, and he confirmed it through Father Alejandro Puello after the 8 a.m. Mass. I spoke with my wife and children, and they supported my decision to respond to God’s call to diaconate formation.

What ministries are you currently involved in? Acolyte

Who have been the biggest influences in your diaconate formation? My wife, my children, Father Mauricio Carrasco, Bishop-elect Erik Pohlmeier, Father Alejandro Puello
