St. Vincent de Paul, Rogers

Assigned to: St. Vincent de Paul, Rogers

Employment: Mechanical engineer

Wife: Kalisa

How did you hear your calling to become a deacon? I have always found great joy in service and have been influenced positively in my faith by several deacons. Understanding the impact that deacons have had in my own life, I felt God calling me to discern the diaconate and the call to serve the people of God as a deacon.

What ministries are you currently involved in? I feel a strong calling to marriage ministry. I hope to serve in that ministry or in whatever capacity I am called to by the bishop and my pastor.

Who have been the biggest influences in your diaconate formation? My wife Kalisa has been supportive in so many ways. Completing formation would not have been possible without her love and support of my vocation. Msgr. David LeSieur, Deacon Ronnie Hoyt, Deacon Mike Henry and the entire deacon formation team have all had great impacts on my formation in many ways, and I am grateful for their ministry and continued support.
