Little Rock parish secretary served church for eight years

Carol Miller, parish secretary at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Little Rock for eight years, died May 13, the feast of Our Lady of Fatima, to which she was deeply devoted. She was 68. She is survived by one son, Nicholas Ables; two daughters, Brennan Maxim and Anna Ables; one sister, Dorothy Dyer of Dubuque, Iowa; and nine grandchildren. The funeral Mass was held at Our Lady of Good Counsel May 24 with interment at St. Boniface Church in New Dixie. Donations can be sent to the Missionaries of Charity or Our Lady of Good Counsel Church.
