Cathedral associate pastor moved to hospital ministry

Bishop Anthony B. Taylor announced the following pastoral appointments:

• Effective Oct 1

Rev. Aby Abraham, IMS, appointed associate pastor of the Cathedral of St. Andrew in Little Rock and St. Patrick Church in North Little Rock. He is relieved of his responsibilities as pastor of St. Joseph Church in Center Ridge.

Msgr. Jack D. Harris appointed pastor of St. Joseph Church in Center Ridge. This is in addition to his current responsibilities as pastor of Sacred Heart Church in Morrilton.

• Effective Oct. 14

Rev. Joseph Chan appointed chaplain of Mercy Hospital Fort Smith. He is relieved of his responsibilities as associate pastor of the Cathedral of St. Andrew in Little Rock and St. Patrick Church in North Little Rock.

Rev. Norman McFall relieved of his responsibilities as chaplain of Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith. He remains pastor of Sacred Heart Church in Charleston.
