Bishop Taylor announces pastoral appointments for March

Bishop Anthony B. Taylor announced the following pastoral appointments.

Effective March 7:

  • Rev. George Sanders relieved of his responsibilities as pastor of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Glenwood. He remains pastor of St. Mary of the Springs Church in Hot Springs.
  • Rev. Salvador Vega-Alvarenga appointed pastor of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Glenwood. This is in addition to his current responsibilities as pastor of St. Martin Church in Nashville. He is relieved of his responsibilities as associate pastor of St. Edward Church in Texarkana.
  • Rev. Luis Ariel Ramírez, CM, appointed to Spanish language ministry at St. Mary of the Springs Church in Hot Springs. This is in addition to his current responsibilities as associate pastor of St. Anne Church in North Little Rock. He is relieved of his responsibilities as sacramental minister of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Glenwood.
  • Rev. Toshio Sato, CM, appointed to Spanish language ministry at St. Mary of the Springs Church in Hot Springs. This is in addition to his current responsibilities as administrator of St. Anne Church in North Little Rock. He is relieved of his responsibilities as sacramental minister of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Glenwood.
