Bishop Anthony B. Taylor concelebrates the annual All Souls Day Mass at Calvary Cemetery Nov. 2 with about 50 of the faithful.

Bishop Taylor preached in his homily that “people of faith grieve differently.”

“Death does not separate us in any definitive way,” he said. “… Spiritually, we’re not separated at all.”

Following Mass, Father Erik Pohlmeier (right), director of faith formation and permanent diaconate formation in the Diocese of Little Rock, led a rosary procession around the cemetery where Bishop Taylor blessed several graves, including those of priests.

Also assisting during the Mass were Father Jack Vu, (front left) and Deacon Chuck Ashburn (back, left).
