Robert Charles Blaylock, 83, a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Little Rock, died July 10. He is survived by his wife, Mary Blaylock; three daughters, Connie Schroepfer of North Little Rock, Rebecca Smith and Terry Smith of Little Rock; one son, Mark Blaylock of Maumelle; one stepson, Kenneth Kirby, of Maumelle; one stepdaughter, Vicki Nix of Little Rock; three brothers, James Blaylock of Hot Springs; William Blaylock of Little Rock and John Blaylock, of Victoria, Texas; one sister, Martha Rossington of Bourne, Texas; 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
