Bishop Anthony B. Taylor announced the following appointments:

- Rev. John Antony, JCL, appointed pastor of Immaculate Conception Church in Fort Smith while remaining adjutant judicial vicar of the Interdiocesan Tribunal of Second Instance for the Province of Oklahoma City.
- Rev. Greg Luyet, JCL, appointed judicial vicar of the diocese and assistant chaplain of Mount St. Mary Academy in Little Rock.
- Rev. Msgr. Francis I. Malone, JCL, relieved of the offi ce of judicial vicar and appointed adjutant judicial vicar of the diocese, while retaining the office of chancellor for ecclesial aff airs and pastor of Christ the King Church in Little Rock.
- Mr. Matt Glover, JD, appointed vice chancellor for canonical affairs.
