Father Harvey returns to Good Counsel in Little Rock

Bishop Taylor announced the following pastoral appointments:

Effective Jan. 3

Rev. Richard Zawadzki, SVD, relieved from his responsibilities as pastor of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church and St. Bartholomew Church in Little Rock to continue his ministry with the Society of Divine Word.
Rev. Francis Damoah, SVD, from the Society of Divine Word, is appointed administrator of St. Augustine Church in North Little Rock, St. Bartholomew Church in Little Rock, and as chaplain of St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock, with residence in St. Augustine Church in North Little Rock.
Rev. Phillip Reaves relieved from his responsibilities as pastor of St. Mary Church in Batesville, St. Cecilia Church in Newport and St. Anthony Church in Weiner to become associate pastor of Our Lady of the Holy Souls Church in Little Rock.
Rev. Lourduswamy Dhanraj Narla relieved from his responsibilities as associate pastor of Our Lady of the Holy Souls Church in Little Rock from his ministry in Arkansas Children’s Hospital and UAMS and is appointed from temporary coverage to administrator of St. Mary Church in Batesville, St. Cecilia Church in Newport and St. Anthony Church in Weiner.
Rev. L. Warren Harvey relieved from his responsibilities as pastor of St. Joseph Church in Pine Bluff, St. Mary Church in Plum Bayou and Holy Cross Church in Sheridan to become pastor of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Little Rock.
Rev. Pius Lawe, SVD, from the Society of Divine Word, is appointed administrator of St. Joseph Church in Pine Bluff, St. Mary Church in Plum Bayou and Holy Cross Church in Sheridan.
