Benetton ad with pope: What is it about a kiss?
Benetton has pulled an advertisement featuring a doctored photo with Benedict XVI kissing Imam Sheik Ahmed el-Tayeb of Cairo’s al-Azhar Mosque. The Vatican condemned the image and Benetton rather meekly responded that it was only trying to promote its “unhate campaign.” (Columns)
