Youth Advisory Council members dressed as Woody and the gang from “Toy Story 3” entertained more than 600 teens and chaperones during the Weekend Extravaganza at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Jan. 22.
The event was sponsored by the diocesan Youth Ministry Office.

The event speaker was Shawn Carney, who co-founded the Forty Days for Life campaign around the country. Forty Days for Life is held twice a year in Fayetteville and Little Rock.

Following Carney’s speech, the teens enjoyed a dance and lock-in. The teens also donated baby items for St. Joseph Helpers in Little Rock. The next morning, they attended the Mass for Life and March for Life.
