Wisdom found in corrections office visit
One day this past spring, I drove someone I know to the corrections office downtown. This person had been picked up weeks before for driving while under the influence of alcohol and had subsequently lost driving privileges. The next step was reporting to the corrections office to get a kit and directions for spending a few days in at-home confinement. That included a breathalyzer and an ankle monitor. (Columns)
