Rev. John Yates, CSSp, is relieved of his responsibilities as pastor of St. Joseph Church in Center Ridge, to begin his retirement.

Rev. George Spangenberg, CSSp, is relieved of his responsibilities as pastor of St. Joseph Church in Conway and will receive a new assignment from his Spiritan superiors.
Rev. John Marconi is relieved of his responsibilities as pastor of St. Paul the Apostle Church in Pocahontas, St. John the Baptist Church in Engelberg and St. Joseph Church in Corning, to become pastor of St. Joseph Church in Conway, with campus ministry at the University of Central Arkansas, Hendrix College and Central Baptist College. Rev. Marconi is also appointed director of the mentor program for newly ordained priests.
Rev. Athansius Okeiyi is relieved of his responsibilities as pastor of St. John the Baptist Church in Brinkley, St. Francis of Assisi Church in Forrest City and St. Mary of the Lake Church in Horseshoe Lake, to become pastor of St. Paul the Apostle Church in Pocahontas, St. John the Baptist Church in Engelberg and St. Joseph Church in Corning.
Msgr. James E. Mancini is relieved of his responsibilities as pastor of St. Bernard of Clairvaux Church in Bella Vista, to begin his retirement.
Rev. Barnabas Maria Susai, IMS, is relieved of his responsibilities as pastor of St. Ignatius Church in Scranton, St. Meinrad Church in Prairie View and Sts. Peter and Paul Church in Morrison Bluff, to become pastor of St. Bernard of Clairvaux Church in Bella Vista.
Rev. Warren Harvey, from administrator to pastor of Holy Cross Church in Sheridan and Good Shepherd Church in Fordyce, while remaining pastor of St. Joseph Church in Pine Bluff. Rev. Harvey is also appointed director of orientation for international priests newly arrived to serve in Arkansas.
Rev. Vincent Flusche is relieved of his responsibilities as pastor of St. Edward Church in Texarkana, St. Elizabeth Seton Church in Ashdown and Sacred Heart Church in Foreman, to go on sabbatical from Aug. 10-Dec. 19. From June 9-Aug. 10 Rev. Flusche will administer St. John the Baptist Church in Brinkley, St. Francis of Assisi Church in Forrest City and St. Mary of the Lake Church in Horseshoe Lake.
Rev. Paul Worm is relieved of his responsibilities as pastor of St. Mary Church in Batesville and St. Cecilia Church in Newport, to become pastor of St. Edward Church in Texarkana, St. Elizabeth Seton Church in Ashdown and Sacred Heart Church in Foreman.

Associate Pastors
Msgr. Richard S. Oswald, from sick leave, to become associate pastor of St. Joseph Church in Conway, with campus ministry at the University of Central Arkansas, Hendrix College and Central Baptist College. Msgr. Oswald will provide assistance to Christ the King Church in Little Rock until June 9.
Rev. José Yoban Lozano-Burgos is relieved of his responsibilities as associate pastor of St. Theresa Church in Little Rock. He will provide assistance to the vocations directors while continuing as associate pastor of St. Edward Church in Little Rock and assist with Spanish language ministry in other parishes upon request.
Rev. Rajasekhar Chappidi, recently arrived from India, to become associate pastor of St. John the Baptist Church and St. Mary of the Springs Church in Hot Springs.

Rev. William A. Elser to become administrator of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Hot Springs Village. Rev. Elser will provide assistance to St. John the Baptist Church and St. Mary of the Springs Church in Hot Springs during April and May.
Effective Aug. 3:
Rev. Joshua Stengel, to be ordained July 17, to provide temporary coverage during the triennial home visit of Rev. Richard Zawadzki, SVD, of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Little Rock from Aug. 3-Sept. 30, then to return to Rome for further studies in biblical theology at the Gregorian University. He has faculties from July 17 and he reports for duty on or before Aug. 3.
