The sixth graders and kindergarteners at St. Edward School in Little Rock have formed “reading buddies.” Soon they will be collaborating on books that they will write and illustrate together.
Other grades are also working together. In December third, fourth and fifth graders baked cookies in the cafeteria kitchen and then shared them with the residents at Parkview Towers, located two blocks from the school.
