I spent 20 years as a Protestant. I witnessed many emotional salvations including my own. I moved in with my father recently and began attending Mass regularly. I started taking confirmation classes just to see what Catholicism was all about. It was then that I realized that salvation wasn’t a decision made during an emotional time.
