Diocesan administrator Msgr. J. Gaston Hebert, along with associate pastors Fathers Emmanuel Orgu, Jose Orellana and Jason Tyler and pastor Father John Antony, dedicates the new St. Raphael Hall at St. Raphael Church in Springdale March 2. The building’s dedication and blessing was held in the new facilities that had been under construction since December 2006 giving the parish a new hall, classroom space, kitchen, offices as well as a new gift shop. The 19,000-square-foot building cost $3.85 million.
