Pre-kindergartener Dakota Ferguson was the lucky student at St. Mary School in North Little Rock to get a special phone call Feb. 20. A Mardi-Gras-clad pastor Father Warren Harvey’s cell phone rang during a ceremony to burn the palms for Ash Wednesday the next day. Dakota was chosen to receive a phone call from God. God’s message? “God said that he loves me,” the youngster reported.
