You may have had problems receiving your Arkansas Catholic in a timely manner. We want you to know that we take your concerns very seriously and work with the U.S. Postal Service trying to fix these problems.
The newspaper is delivered to the North Little Rock postal distribution center every Wednesday of the weeks that we publish. We expect the newspaper would be processed that day and delivered by Saturday. This has been our routine for years and we never fail to meet our deadlines.
In most cases, your delivery problems are not because of your postal carrier or local station. If you would like to make a complaint about poor delivery, please call the U.S. Postal Service's Business Mail Entry Arkansas District Office at (501) 375-3008.
The Arkansas Catholic circulation manager is also available by calling (501) 664-0125 or clicking here to send a message through our subscription customer service form.
